Terms of Service

Some company identification details are still marked "to be confirmed". Add them in the site's legal configuration so this document is complete. This document is written to reflect Cyprus and EU law (including the GDPR) but does not constitute legal advice.

1. Who we are

  • Provider: Cyprus Automotive Growth Agency
  • Company registration number: to be confirmed
  • VAT number: to be confirmed
  • Registered address: Limassol, Cyprus
  • Contact: to be confirmed

These terms govern your use of this website. Services are additionally governed by the written proposal and service agreement signed with each client, which prevails over these terms in the event of any conflict.

2. Use of this website

Content is provided for general information about our services. Prices shown are indicative starting points, exclusive of VAT unless stated, and are confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins. You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

3. Services and no guarantee of results

We build, run and optimise customer-acquisition systems intended to increase qualified enquiries, bookings and sales. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, stock, response times and market conditions. We therefore do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, vehicle sales or amount of revenue. Figures used in calculators, examples or case studies on this website are illustrative and are not a promise of future performance.

4. Advertising spend

Advertising budgets are paid separately by the client to the relevant advertising platform and remain under the client's control. Agency fees do not include media spend. Platform policies and account decisions, including ad rejections or account restrictions, are made by the platforms and not by us.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Providing timely access to accounts, assets and information needed to deliver the work.
  • Responding to the enquiries and bookings the system generates.
  • Ensuring that vehicle information, pricing, availability, finance claims and promotional statements supplied to us are accurate and comply with Cyprus consumer protection and advertising law.
  • Holding the necessary rights to any images, logos and content supplied for use in campaigns.
  • Acting as data controller for any customer data generated through campaigns and handling it in line with the GDPR.

6. Fees, payment and cancellation

Fees, billing frequency, minimum terms and notice periods are set out in the individual service agreement. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance unless agreed otherwise. Where you are a business client, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. Consumers contracting for services at a distance retain the rights granted by Cyprus Law 133(I)/2013 on consumer rights.

7. Intellectual property

This website, its text, design and graphics are our property or used under licence. Ownership of campaign deliverables passes as set out in the individual service agreement, normally on full payment; we retain ownership of our underlying systems, templates and know-how. Manufacturer names and vehicle models mentioned are used descriptively as examples only and imply no affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public commercial information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or lost advertising spend, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. Limits agreed in a specific service agreement apply in place of this section where they differ.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections of their country of residence within the EU.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes affecting an ongoing engagement are agreed in writing with the client.
